RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Welcome to our simplified withdrawal process. You can request to return one or more items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Before proceeding, please verify that:

  • The frame and lenses show no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations caused by the user.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, fully intact in all its parts, including the brand's outer box, eyeglass case, sealed microfiber cloth, tags, and the product's certificate of authenticity or warranty.

If these return conditions are not met, our quality control team reserves the right to issue a partial refund.
