How long does it take to return the purchased goods?
The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days by email indicating the order number and then filling out the return management form received by email. The collection will be carried out by our courier. All the information for returns or replacements can be found in the "shipping" section.
How long does it take to receive the goods?
In Italy, delivery takes 24/48 working hours, except for the islands, where it takes at least 72 hours. Outside the national territory: in Europe delivery takes 5/6 working days while for the rest of the world it takes over 10 working days.
Can I pay in instalments?
Of course, it is possible to pay the order amount in three instalments using the “Scalapay” platform.
From which countries can I purchase?
You can make a purchase from all countries in Europe and outside Europe.
What happens if the courier can't find me?
No problem because the courier will attempt delivery twice. If the recipient is not present even on the second attempt, the package will be placed in storage at the courier's warehouses. In this case, the stock will be released according to the timing of the courier in charge and the day of return will be communicated to the customer. If, following the release of the stock, due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, it is impossible to deliver the purchase made, the same will be returned to the sender and any additional logistics costs will be expressly charged to the customer.
